Friends of Lancasterian is a registered charity that supports the work of Lancasterian School, an independent school that works exclusively with children and young people from Greater Manchester that have complex medical and/ or communication needs. Friends of Lancasterian believe that all children with disabilities have the right to share the same opportunities, challenges and enjoyment of life as every other child.
Jonathan Reed, managing director of Sunny Thinking explains why they've selected Friends of Lancasterian as the agency’s main charity of the year:
“For the team, this project went far beyond branding, it was more about us nurturing, supporting and raising awareness of the charity. We wanted to combine our design skills and their unique messaging to get right to the heart of donor communications. It was personally an honour to also be asked to become an ambassador for the charity. We are proud of our work in the charity and not-for-profit sector. We’ve used our award-winning creative expertise to help many charities such as Children’s Adventure Farm Trust and GreaterSport, a Manchester based charity, that encourages people in the area to take up sport and become more physically active.”
Russelll Miller, a Trustee of Friends of Lancasterian is delighted with Sunny Thinking:
“I’ve known Jonathan for years and I’ve worked with the Sunny Thinking team on numerous campaigns. Their work is always strong and authentic and evokes the desired behaviour in our target audience. We’re delighted to welcome Jonathan to our team of ambassadors, I’m confident he will bring enthusiasm and creative thinking to our future fundraising plans.”
