Ombudsman Services were founded in 2002 to provide independent dispute resolution services. They resolve complaints for the communications, energy, property, and copyright licensing sectors, handling around 250,000 queries per year. Sunny Thinking enjoy a close long-term relationship as creative marketing partners and help communicate to both their participating companies and the public alike.
We have been winning awards for our annual reports for Ombudsman Services for the past four years and successfully rebranded the company too. This specific challenge was to design new corporate literature to reflect the changing culture of the organisation and reflect their ambitions to develop new services. With our illustrators we developed a new house brand style that is warm, friendly and sophisticated.
