In our previous blog we announced the arrival of Danielle to Sunny Towers. Now it's Danielle's chance to tell you why she's jumped on board the Sunny Thinking bandwagon!  Read more>

I have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan, Kristina and the rest of the “Sunny Thinkers” for the past three months now. It is a difficult adjustment period when you start a new job but it has been an easy transition so far and that is a credit to the whole team and the lovely clients that I get to work for.

When Sunny Thinking first came on my radar I was immediately drawn to the positive nature that the agency upholds and I knew that this was something that I wanted to be a part of. To give you an idea of what I mean, here are some of the reasons I chose to join Sunny Thinking, and some things I have experienced in the time that I have been here.

Being part of a close-knit team

While some may not like the idea of working at a small agency for me this was a big plus point for me. Each member of the team here at Sunny Thinking has different qualities but the main thing is that they are all really nice people to work with.

I also wanted to be an integral part of the team and not just another cog in the wheel. Within a smaller agency there are so many opportunities to learn and grow continually without being limited to a job description and because we are so small it means I have the ability to make a real difference in the success of the business.

Strong identity

Sunny Thinking’s ethos sets it apart from the majority of creative marketing agencies out there. A lot of thought goes into carefully choosing clients and projects that represent a positive, healthy and family-orientated lifestyle. These values are really important to me on a personal level so I feel quite lucky to be able to be part of a company that has the same goals and interests. It is a mission I can completely get behind because it feels like we are serving a larger purpose by helping clients who are making a positive change in the world.

We put a premium on creativity

At Sunny Thinking we go above and beyond the brief and spend time producing truly great designs that we believe in rather than churning out a million different options. We have a passion for good design and good design makes people happy!

Investing in our clients and their business

As a small agency we can be very flexible and offer a tailored service, crafting bespoke solutions depending on what the project calls for. A lot of effort and care goes into the work and relationships that we have with our clients. We want to be part of our clients marketing team and invest our time to help their business to evolve and grow. We work hard to deliver the very best for each project because we care so much about the causes and story behind each client that we work alongside.

Personal and professional balance

Joining Sunny Thinking is one of the most rewarding decisions I have made so far in my career, and not because of the brilliant location and benefits (Altrincham market house is just round the corner – hello @honestcrust!) but because of the meaningful work that we produce for our clients. We spend most of our lives working, so finding something you enjoy is the key to happiness, and that’s what Sunny Thinking is all about.
